The name pretty much says it all.  She started wagging her tail at a little over two weeks old and hasn't stopped since.  She nevers meets a stranger and is afraid of nothing.  Her nickname is Joy Bird, because she thinks she can fly.  I worry about the landings, though.  Such a sweet, funny girl.
