Nikka was born July13, 1993. She entered her first show on April 9, 1994. She was entered in 11 dog shows and awarded 7 RWB awards in her 6 month show career, at 15 months of age. 

In May 1995, she became a Mom to her first litter of 9 puppies. Another breeder had two litters of puppies and he was losing them. So Nikka not only nursed her 9, but amazingly ended up nursing these litters for a total of 13 more puppies. She has always had drooping bags. We call them her badge of honor for saving the lives of these 22 puppies. 

She has been a great Mom and after her third litter sired by Ch. Berlane's Causin an Uproar" she produced her 4th Champion and earned her official DOM award. Now she like many Mom's gets to love being a Grandma!

Nikka passed away this last December 2003 at age 10 and 1/2 years of age. Her heart was strong and yet she started having major seizures. We could not let her loose her dignity to so much pain.
She was our Christmas gift to our Family 10 years ago. at 5 months of age. She bounded into our life on a snowy Christmas Eve. She will forever be in the memories of our heart.
