Anna came to live with us in May of 1997 as an 8 week old puppy. It didn't
take her long to win all of our hearts. We had so much fun with her show career
and are very grateful to Brenda Stuckey for allowing
us the opportunity to have such a wonderful girl.
Anna finished her championship in October of 1999 with three majors to her
credit. Steve Talkington did a wonderful job as her handler. She finished her CD
exactly two years later at the same location, Lawrence, KS where she had earned
her last major to complete her championship.
Anna's first litter, sired by CH Heldenbrand Trail
Blazer CD, was born in March of 2000. So far one of those puppies has earned
a championship, the lovely CH Breho Emerson Blazin
Love. Anna was an excellent mother, she even raised an extra puppy in
addition to her own.
Tragically we lost Anna during a cesarean section in November of 2001. We
miss her every minute. She was such an important part of our family words just
cannot express how we feel about her. She had such a sweet spirit. She never met
a stranger and was a friend to everyone, even the cats.
Anna left a beautiful litter of 8 puppies, sired by CH Holly Lane's Wild
as the Wind. We were so fortunate that Brenda's lovely CH
Breho I Bee Blazin was just ready to wean her litter and Brenda graciously
offered to let Lizzie come and help us mother and feed the babies. She has done
a wonderful job taking care of them, I don't know what we would have done
without her.
We hope the photos below will show Anna's character to those who visit.
The photos of the brindle bitch are of Lizzie
with the orphaned puppies that she has helped us raise.
